It was my distinct honor to keynote at the 24th Annual Sisters' Alumni of the South Pacific Scholarship Awards Banquet, held at the Alpine Village Club House in Torrance, CA on August 7, 2010. Anastasia Masina Loi-on is the President of the organization, Me Leota Philipp the Scholarship Chair, and it was good to see Vice President and Honorary Consulate of the Independent State of Samoa, Hon. Consul General Tuitogama'atoe Teri Rotter. After dinner, we enjoyed traditional Siva by the Sisters and others. The 2010-2011 Scholarship Recipients are:
