MOREHOUSE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP
Hello everyone,
Morehouse College is planning to do an email blast to all schools with potential applicants during the final weeks of recruitment. Those of you who know students who show interest and have not yet went online to do the application, to please share this information with Morehouse College and myself. I’m happy to speak to your student or faculty regarding the program. Below you will find Corey Lumpkin from Morehouse College’s contact information.
We want to reach out to all of those Pacific Islander students who are currently juniors and seniors working toward their bachelor’s degree and recent graduate of 2009 with a bachelor. The only way for us to help increase the pipeline within our Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander population; we all need to refer at least one student that you know to this program. Again, CDC and APIAHF have secured four scholarships for our students to train and do research with a mentor at CDC; an opportunity of a lifetime.
I urge you once more to please forward your student’s name to Corey whom you feel show interest. Please don’t hesitate to call me direct or email any questions that you might have. The deadline for all applications is January 31, 2010. Important Notice: FINANCIAL STIPEND, TRAVEL ALLOWANCE AND HOUSING WILL BE PROVIDED.
Have a great week.
Thank you
Tau
